For boomers it's time to re-evaluate work and retirement priorities. Instead of climbing up through the traditional ranks of the work world, many boomers are redirecting their work and retirement energies into seeking more meaningful and flexible work experiences.
The timing is right amid the mass exodus of 78 million boomers retiring, creating a huge labor shortage in the workforce. Replacing these boomers is an enormous challenge because there are only 51 million younger worker available.
Boomers are being sought after... Instead of being retired from the ranks (shelved and discarded), their talents, skill sets and experiences are NOW in demand.
Isn't it Grand to be in Demand!

"I recently attended the Care Giving Course that Gateway Community College offered and it was an exceptional course! The instructors were all very kind, knowledgeable and passionate about all of the information that was being taught. I learned new skills and techniques that I am now using with my consumers. I tell all of my friends and family about how wonderful this course is and how helpful it has been to me."
