Holland Code Assessment
John Holland’s theory consists of several simple idea’s, and their more complex elaborations. He characterizes people by their resemblance to each of six personality types. He feels the closer a person resembles a particular type, the more likely he or she is to exhibit the personality traits and behaviors associated with that type.
Types are:
- Realistic
- Investigative
- Artistic
- Social
- Enterprising
- Conventional
Take the quiz, click on “related careers”, then “Select a Job Environment / Work Personality” using your highest scoring type. Your will get a list of career choices from best match to least.
Type indicator
This assessment is based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. It is a personality test that assesses 4 different dimensions of personality. People with the same personality types will enjoy similar jobs and activities.
Types are a combination of:
- Introvert/Extrovert I or E
- Sensing/INtuing S or N
- Feeling/Thinking F or T
- Judging/Perceiving J or P
